Re: Let's talk waveforms!

The Mordax is in stock at several of my usual haunts right now and has been pretty available for the last few months.

It’s going to be great I reckon, if you can spare the HP i think its a no brainer, especially with the LFO and clock divider functions it also brings - pretty handy!

Re: Sport Modulator v2

parts are ordered apparently, prototyping is done - so hopefully it will ship before Xmas for the first run of 250. If you didn't preorder, there is no news as to when the next batch might be though

Re: Let's talk waveforms!

I've had a few Tektronics and they are great for visuals and measurement, but bulky, and fan noise were a bummer - plus having to make up cables. For many years I've had a Jones O'Tool + and it is great, but only 2 channels and small screen. Have a Mordax Data incoming which I think will serve all m...

Re: Sport Modulator v2

This is the one module I regret selling the most. Peter Hobbs grabbed it and i’m not sure where it went from there. It’s kinda like Maths in terms of patch programmability. The V2 looks better in many ways.

I can’t wait!

Re: Let's talk waveforms!

Sine waves all the way for me! Love FM and wavefolding. My favorite site generators are either self oscillating filters or digital (e370). Pinging resonant filters is glorious too. Huge fan of the Joranalogue Fold6 for wavefolding and Instruo Tanh for it’s warmth. That said, a fat saw through the ri...

Re: East Coast - West Coast

Do I have to choose?
I find a combination is excellent!

I love:
filters and low pass gates equally

I prefer:
Function generators over envelope generatorz

I need:
wavefolders / FM tones
More VCAs

Re: Introduce yourself

Hi, I'm here! Bought my fist synth in 1994 and fell into the abyss since then. I have Eurorack and 5U and love modular. Always wanted a vintage Buchla but it's never going to happen. My favourite module is difficult to pin down, but my Modcan Quad LFO is a total modulation powerhouse that I will nev...

Sport Modulator v2

Probably the module that I am most excited about for 2021/2022. Anyone else jump on the preorder?

Krell patch

Fairly demanding in terms of random and function generators, but this is a rabbit hole I am personally going down at the moment. Anyone else been experimenting with Krell patches? DivKid RNDstep and Maths have been core modules for this in my journey, but I usually add another few function generator...

Re: new strymon verb

I love my Magneto to bits, but I don't love the blue colour of this one!
Looks excellent otherwise, and knowing my patterns, I'll prob end up trying one of these sometime!
